Well I certainly can't complain...this firm has been my insurance company for many many years and although thankfully I've never had to make a claim yet...my premium is very good value for the cover I have ....being small fry as the saying goes. Lee has been my personal agent and lives locally near me too and always goes through everything meticulously with me as he understands my position and everything is explained with immense clarity ....with no vague areas so that had there to be a claim ever neither party can say otherwise. Sometimes people want to be told what they want to hear but I think if its explained and then written in black and white to reinforce the facts ...well isnt that how its all meant to be anyway. Like i mentioned earlier my yearly premium cost is very good value and there has been no compromising on the cover tailored to suit my particular and quite complex business insurance cover requirements . So far I can't fault this company in fact as a hairdresser pal once recommended me all those many many years ago...I also have actually recommended this company to others throughout those years too....so there we go ....!!🙂

After having received quotes from several security system installers, and other insurance companies i approached SME ins services. SME gave me a quote, which I accepted and paid for. However, after going back to an installer, I was informed there were further costs involved of which I had not been told of. Further enquiries were to prove that the level of security that I had been told, that would be needed turned out to be wildly excessive. After yet further investigations, I called SME back and explained what had happened. Their response was BRILLIANT. I explained what I needed, and what level of security I was installing. They were able to accept my proposition and recalculate the premium. Except for the cost of administration, they made a no quibble refund. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending SME Insurances Services. The team are knowledgeable, expert, enthusiastic and operate with integrity. I WILL be taking my business back to them again when a renewal is due.

Do NOT go with these Robbers 3 times they have messed up just canceled my renewal with them went on simply business and the same cover with the same insurer 200 pounds less than SME If you have a claim do not think that you will get anywhere with it they have more loop holes and excuses than you could ever emagian... Joke of a company Strongly recommend do not use these as brokers you are not protected. They are happy to explain about how to take your money and go in to the fine print. But fail to mention the fine print when it comes to what you are covered for !!!!!!

Very very disappointed with smei insurance broker , I have been there customer for over 6 years never had a problem until today ! Called up on Monday to inform them on an event we will be holding to make sure i have the correct level of cover , after explaining several times about this event they checked with the underwriters and deciding to charge me an extra £81.00 for the 2 events we are holding I told them to call me on my business number did they do this no . They called me on my mobile, I asked if my cover would be for a year they said no only just for 2 days Okie so you have charged me over £700 for business insurance now adding up to nearly £800 . I wont be doing my business insurance again with them they are rip off , I am extremely disappointed with there not so bothered attuide!!!!! What a shame I recommended this place to all my customers who have business NOT ANY MORE !!!
