Absolutely shocking service . We used towergate as our broker for our pub and restaurant insurance . We arranged for the cover We needed and where happy with the prices . We had a major leak what has destroyed our building We processed a claim direct with the insurance company to be told we basically have no cover . We spoke with towergate and low and behold towergate had set up our policy incorrectly what rendered our policy unless.

Would definitely NOT recommend this company we had our caravan stolen nearly a year ago and they still havnt paid out, very hard to get hold of anyone and when you do you just get past from pillow to post

If they didn't hang up and not be in meetings and promise to call b.c back which they havent they might be able to do there j ok b and sort the customer out be have not in this case not happy

Team here passed me around and took ages to respond and ultimately decided they couldn't be bothered to find the insurance and so avoided my calls and emails. Very mature.
