Magic Ironing and Laundry

I think it was a great service. It’s true that the first time I went down there there didn’t seem to be anyone there and the door was locked, then I tried booking through their site but actually it was my fault since I didn’t drop the clothes off when I said, nonetheless I know they didn’t send a confirmation email or anything anyway but I did phone them and message them and within 1 working day (or 3 actual days) they were able to iron two big bags of laundry and fold them and put them neatly in plastic for collection at 2 pm just as they promised. My most pressing concern was the price. £40 for each bag does seem a bit expensive, but maybe not, I have never used an ironing service before. Anyway will use them again the next time I have a massive amount of clothes to get done before a trip. Especially as I live a 10 minute walk away.

They deserve 0 for their 0 professionality, 0 integrity and 0 customer service. I was reassured they would process my booking, while instead they willfully ignored me and left me in a really difficult situation to sort out last minute because of their behaviour. Why not tell me upfront if they could not take my booking instead of leaving me to wait in vain? Instead they willfully discriminated against me. Was it because of nationality? Was it because I mentioned coming back from holidays? Was it because I dared to call them a few times and left a message about the specifics of their service? Whatever it was, it is appalling they should behave that way. I would not leave in these people's care my garbage, let alone my precious things. Guess what: they are replaceable by other much more reliable services in time that offer better value for money with far less drama. Do you want to give them a try: do so at your own risk... But then again, they may not discriminate against you the way they did against me. Good luck.

We use magic ironing on weekly basis. They are really professional always on time they will let you know if they are running late it’s really easy to use their service you just text them, they pick up laundry and drop off. The clothes comes immaculate condition in plastic bags and hangers and their prices are really reasonable I highly recommend them

Fantastic service for a sports team. Laundry was returned nicely folded and smelling very fresh. Would definitely recommend for small or large groups.

Absolutely Fantastic Service a good quality service all my t shirts 👕,shirts & trousers etc all returned on hangers in plastic bags washing was all folded & again in plastic bags. For the amount of washing & ironing I gave them to do the price was very good I always ask myself when doing a review would I use them again & the answer is Yes Absolutely
