Only complaint would be a lot of the washers were out of order but still giving 5 stars as it didn't bother us. The guy working said he would take care of putting our stuff in the dryer as I told him we were going to walk across the street to the Kirkstall brewery. Worked out great. We travel light for 2 weeks which means having to do laundry a few times.
The worst place!I went for over a year here maybe twice a week and before was ok when the lady wasn’t there.now I went to dry my clothes and she told me I can only do 16 minutes because the gas it’s too expensive for her.So in 16 minutes my clothes won’t get dry, what’s the point of paying if it doesn’t get dry???? No No No!!!! Definitely not worth the hassle!!!! Avoid!!!!
Tumbledyer destroyed my clothes, brand new snoodie fried, dried out and so scratchy and hard, all the fleecing, smoothness, fur is gone! , dressing gown burnt and can't wear again , had to throw away a full pair of pajamas and the new jumper I just bought is so dry now and feels old and worn out. Put all my clothes in 1 wash and was told to pay £12 for 2 washing machines. When the lady in Hyde park round the corner charges me £6 "for the same load. It's Going to cost me a lot to replace my clothes now. I only went to you because I was going that way today.
Super helpful and friendly staff. They've got a service for 12 GBP where they'll do a load for you. And the load came out folded and perfectly clean
Run by good people who are friendly and helpful- will give you change if you have no pound coins, help you operate the machines and their charges are reasonable. Deservedly popular with the local students .
