Got locked out after losing my keys on a shopping trip and thought I’d be sleeping in the garden for the night. Luckily, I called Lock & Key and they had a locksmith – Andrew – with me very quickly. Price was very fair, as I’d called around and been hit with a few mental prices. Got the locks replaced and new keys cut there and then, meaning I could get back on with my life with no more distractions. 5 stars from me!

I had to call Lock & Key in a panic because some idiot (me) lost their keys! Got new locks fitted and installed on the same day, so that was nice. No stress, no hassle, and a great price. Locksmith will be with me in an hour to install locks, so don’t need to worry about my old keys being used against me. Value for money was great, overall, really happy considering I was phoning them after what I would consider ‘business’ hours. Friendly, polite, professional, and punctual; what more can you ask for? Would recommend these to anyone in the area, especially if you need a fast response.

Have had to call upon Lock & Key more than once as my kids love to play ‘lose the keys’ – great price, solid service, rapid arrival, the lot. Just what you want when you call an emergency service. Wish my kids were as dependable, haha.

Had never called a locksmith before, as I had been lucky in life, but my wife called me to say the lock had snapped. Called out Lock & Key as they were the first company I came across with good reviews. Glad I did. They got to my wife within an hour, got her back in the house within two hours, and had everything sorted out within three. Happy as I could be with the service. Hopefully I’m never calling a locksmith again, but if I do, I know I’m dialling these guys. Wife was happy, too, so first time for everything…

Have you ever put your key into the lock and had the full bloody lock pop out the door!? Well, I have. And thank God I could give Lock & Key a call. Managed to fix what looked like a whole door replacement scenario for me in no time at all. Turned up in an hour, and away within 3 hours max. The locksmith they sent to me, John, was sound as they come. Nice guy, really friendly, and very professional. Had a good chuckle at the situation with me, but still got on with the job. Prices were great too, btw; I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of replacing the lock and key entirely. Highly recommend calling Lock & Key if you ever end up standing in the rain with your lock in your hand lol.
