Gareth provided an amazing service and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith. He is trustworthy and reliable and does not overcharge like many other companies I have had quotes from in the past. The lock in my balcony doors was rusted shut due to water getting in but he got it open, changed the whole mechanism, made sure the door was sealed tightly and went the extra mile to put in proper drainage that should have been done at the time of fitting to ensure I had no further problems. This took him more than one visit due to it being during Xmas and the New Year and suppliers been closed but he never charged for the amount of visits just the cost of the job that he had originally quoted.

Absolutely brilliant service. Turned up quickly and arranged to install a new lock in a couple of days. He then rang back to say he already had the part so could fit it the same day. Highly recommend. Thankyou!
