We had a great experience from start to finish. Tony was responsive to emails and took time to advise us on various options. We are really pleased with the work carried out and would be confident to contact Tony again for future assistance.
Excellent service! Tony arrived quickly, was polite and professional, and replaced the lock efficiently. Everything is now working perfectly. Really appreciate the prompt response and quality workmanship — highly recommended!
Tony replaced a front door lock and handle and fixed a double glazing window that wouldn't open. All work carried out to a very high standard. An exceptional service and all a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.
Tony made a new key to fit a very old lock. We are delighted with the service and the quality of the keys. The courtesy and communication was excellent. Thank you.
Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Both jobs done quickly and without fuss for a great price. Can highly recommend and will use again when needed 👍 Cheers, Steve
