DAM Health Leeds Clinic

Soooo bad. We booked an appointment, and no one was there, the place has already been closed. We couldn't see any sign of the clinic. No one answered the phone. God knows that we have a flight right next day!!!! No email to us to say that they don't open , so we drove from Newcastle to Leeds for nothing done!!!!

Absolutely brilliant and the person who assisted us (Josh) was exceptional and a real credit to your organisation. I work in sales and I do not give that kind of praise so easily, so please understand that our expectations were more than just met. It is really great that DAM have tailor-made their service for people returning to Japan. Japan only accepts translated certificates in a particular format. DAM understood this and gave us a translated document in a format that got us fast-track through customs in under 20 minutes. We also had a 2 and 6 year old with us and Josh was brilliant with them, putting them at ease and making a big game of taking the samples. Our experience left us with no doubt that we will use DAM again next time we visit the UK to see family, but not only that we have told everyone we know who is going back to the UK to use DAM and have also posted our experience on a UK Families in Japan facebook group. Thanks for making something so complicated so easy. You're one of the good guys!!!

They said the results would come out within two hours, but they waited for the results for more than five hours. In the meantime, I called the customer service center twice. The customer center simply told them to wait, saying it did not know why the results were not delivered.I was very nervous. It was because I had to take a plane tomorrow, and because it was the weekend, I had to take other measures if I didn't get the results. Eventually, I could receive the results by e-mail after 5 hours. I said that if I installed the application, the results would be uploaded there, but there were no results on the application.

Took a PCR test for entry to Japan. I let the centre know ahead of appointment and then reminded them on the day of appointment that I needed the format for entry to Japan. I was provided with a standard dam certificate and one formatted for Japan. I submitted both to mysos app for entry to Japan and was approved for fast track entry. Very quick and efficient.

I have severe food allergies (and food intolerances) but their test failed to spot them, so it is not to be trusted. Awful and misleading. Dangerous too for people with nut/egg allergies etc. My personal advice: Avoid.
