Blue Nails and Spa

Very rude from the start I asked for natural nails so just clear tips and got barked at twice to choose a colour then got told to take a seat the male in the shop started my nails he didn’t clip my cuticles and didn’t shape them as I asked they are all different shapes and are catching on everything after having the acrylic done he told me to wash my hands and said your done had to ask for top coat and he applied it while I was stood up and sent a woman to check them after drying and put oil on them and they kept speaking to each other in their language which I found very rude would not recommend this place at all will not be getting my custom ever again! And they are all lifting away already after 2 days

The best place ever the price is good and the workers are so nice that’s my second time and the nails are perfect and I did my lashes as well and it’s perfect as well everything is perfect 🫶🏻🫶🏻🩷

Very friendly and nice staff if you want something quick and simple might be fine, if you’re like me and have been getting your nails done for years and left it last minute to get your nails done on a Sunday I wouldn’t recommend. My natural nails were cut all the way down and the tip is glued upward. The nail was filled down so short they are much shorter than I described. The nails are ok but not worth 45pound. The salon isn’t very hygienic either and a rat ran through the salon halfway through.its been just a month since and my natural nails are ruined :(

i have been here a few times but never had any issues, today however, i asked for an acrylic set removal and in the process the staff member took half of my own nail off, in absolute agony, all i got was a “sorry” and they moved on like nothing happened, also charged me the full price, unfortunately i won’t be back.

I used the salon yesterday and today my nails look like this, there are gaps, they have a week of growth and it's only been one day, I paid £25, it's not worth going there at all
