My favourite place to get my nails done in Leeds. The attention to detail is always impeccable. I took off my previous acrylic set and the natural nail was in such good condition I could have this Biab set done on my natural nail. Very impressed.

The staff were very polite and friendly, and they did an excellent job on my nails! They really took their time and didn’t rush the service. I was nervous about getting my nails done after having a bad experience at another salon in Leeds where they made my skin bleed and damaged my nails, but after coming here I felt welcomed and like I was in good hands. They also offered me a drink and applied cuticle oil and hand cream which I haven’t been offered at other salons. The salon was also very clean. I would highly recommend :)

Brilliant salon for nails friendly staff and I’ve not once in years had any issues. Prices are good too and they are very friendly…warm drink on arrival and lovely nails definitely recommend

BY FAR THE BEST NAIL SHOP IN LEEDS!!! gills honestly does me good every. single. time. the service is amazing, the nails are amazing, everything about it is just 10/10. they deliver every single time and give me exactly what i want when i ask for it, the workers there are super nice and the prices are honestly so good for what you are getting, if your in leeds and you want your nails or toes done, GO TO GILLS!!

Not happy about this service. Some staff members were really friendly and kind, a couple of them rushed the service on my nails. My nails were supposed to take an hour and took 35-40 mins. I booked for gel shellac with chrome and it told me it would cost £38. I booked for my sister to have a full acrylic set with simple nail art and that came to £30. When I actually got there they asked what I wanted and I told them what I’d booked in for and they said okay. Then another staff member took over my nails and asked again about colours and I said my colours and she said that’s fine. They did the exact same to my nails as my sisters despite us booking different things. I did actually change my mind and not get chrome but instead I got something way simpler and it literally took a min on each hand to do. Got charged ��80 cash. Why was this price so high and it wasn’t the same price as it said online? Admittedly I didn’t raise it then and there because it was really difficult to hear them or speak to them as they couldn’t really understand what I was saying and I couldn’t hear them because they kept their face masks on and I did think it’d have been more effort plus I didn’t really check my nails over and see how badly they were applied. The woman who put the acrylics on didn’t put them further up my nail where they should have been so now with new growth already, they look even worse. The paint work is uneven and messy. I cannot believe I paid £80. My sister’s nails looked much better and I’d say hers are worth £40. I can’t remember who did her nails, but whoever did seems like they have more knowledge on nail art and nail placement. The woman who did my nails also kept pushing really hard on my skin around the nail extensions and I don’t know why but she could see me jumping away in pain and did not apologise. Overall it’s sad to say this but I do not recommend this salon. If things were done properly and not rushed and the results were how I expected then I wouldn’t mind paying the price I did. I wish I had spoken up.
