Really like the nails, great design. I was complimenting my tech all throughout. My issue is that before they started, I showed them the photo I wanted and I was quoted £30 and I clarified by asking them if they definitely said £30. I was then charged £38 and they wouldn’t show me the card machine to ensure I was charged correct price - when I asked why it was £8 more they told me that gels were £35 and I got art so it was that but on the service “menu” it said £28?! Not happy with the change in price, my partner was also being rushed towards the end with hers so I won’t be coming back. EDIT- most of the nails had chipped or cracked within a week and I went back to get them fixed and luckily they didn’t charge me for that. I made this review on the day I got them (05/02) and they all snapped or chipped far too much so I removed them 2 weeks ago (05/03 todays date) so yeah, overall my nails didn’t last and they overcharged. 2nd EDIT- I have been back in since to get plain acrylic that I can polish myself and they still didn’t last very long. I went as a last resort and honestly that’s all I could recommend.

Came in for a gel take off during my lunch break, they squeezed me in after I nearly left due to time constraints which i'm really grateful for, however they've done such an awful job and filed my nails down within an inch of their lives and left them SO sore. They didn't attempt to soak the gel polish off, just went in with various rotary files. I can't use my hands now without constantly knocking my sore nail beds. I'm used to nails being dehydrated after a take off but i'm worried this has done some damage! I appreciate fitting me in but at some point safety needs to come above everything else.
