I used Air pump from londis today and I already paid money and then machine not work then I contact who work shop on front a lady and she was on call some one and she doesn't help me , I felt that time helpless on -3 degree cold and then after I went to my money back so lady did bad behaviour and refused to give me back money . I am not satisfied .Bad service.

I can’t praise this petrol station enough! The staff here are consistently friendly, helpful, and truly go the extra mile to make every visit a positive experience. I regularly use the parcel service for collecting and sending items, and although there have occasionally been issues with the third-party company, the staff always step in to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Their willingness to assist, no matter the situation, is genuinely commendable. It’s clear that the team take great pride in their work, and their excellent customer service sets them apart. Whether I’m popping in for fuel, using the parcel service, or just grabbing something from the shop, it’s always a pleasure to visit. I recently visited this store to purchase a light bulb for my car, and my experience was absolutely terrible. The store assistant was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak to the manager about her behavior, she simply stated, "She is here and I don't care," which was shocking. The manager didn’t intervene or offer any support; she just stood there, listening without taking any action. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I highly recommend avoiding this location if you value good customer service.

1. Badly treated by the Asian guy on the counter. 2. He served first the 6 customers after me. 3. He keep repeating questions that I already answered 3x. This guy should be discipline immediately. I am not coming back again to this place
