The establishment is currently experiencing a service outage and is operating in an unsatisfactory manner. Notably, none of the pumps are equipped with gloves, which poses a significant health and safety risk. Furthermore, the establishment refuses to accept Scottish pounds, despite legal obligations to treat them as such and accept them from customers. This issue demands immediate attention and resolution. I had previously expressed my intention to leave negative reviews on Google, but unfortunately, my concerns have gone unheeded. It is regrettable that the establishment has failed to address these matters effectively.

I bought a product from them, but it turned out to be completely defective. The same day I purchased it, I went back and informed them about the issue, but they didn’t respond at all. They showed no interest in replacing or refunding the product, instead, they just made various excuses. It’s fine to go there to refuel your car but never buy any products from them.

3 of us in the car. One of us got out and filled the car with petrol which was fine and they went inside to get drinks, snacks and of course pay. Because he didnt pay ASAP as soon as he went in a staff member came over to me in the car demanding to know when we were going to pay. Had to tell him twice that our other party members was in the store getting a few items and paying. Never had that experience at all before.

Unfortunately, the customer service did not meet expectations. Very disappointing customer service.
