The worst experience of my life, had to just collect one medicine, told me I have to wait 25 mins, 40 mins later had to go ask them where it was, made me wait another 10 mins to just let me know that they don’t have it in stock. How is this behaviour acceptable especially when people have other things to do. Do not ever go to this pharmacy
The management is diabolical, I would say kindergarten playground was more organised. Staff seem really rude, one of the pharmacists looks half asleep maybe has been taking some of the pills from the cupboard. Well understaffed which is ridiculous for such a busy chemist. Not enough chairs so and old man was expected to sit on the floor. Pregnant lady was asked to wait outside I think they expected her to sit on the curb. Front desk staff are not discreet and are happy speaking your business to the whole room. This is a serious breach of privacy. Fridges empty and dirty. Floor not been cleaned for weeks. Aircon filters full of bacteria and dust. Shelves unsafe and not fitted properly serious health and safety issues. I really think your manager should be sacked
Awful Horrible waiting time Spent 1 hour to get a simple prescription. About 10 people got their prescriptions before us, who came after us I was made to go back to the hospital to get a change of prescription as they didn’t stock it and even then they took another 40 minutes on top of this after waiting 20 minutes to tell me.
Their is no way you can justify keeping people waiting for over an HOUR for the medicine!! Absolutely appalling customer service & even the doctors acknowledge that the waiting time cannot be justified!! DO NOT Allow your prescription to be sent here if you value your time. Disgusting
Absolutely the worst service I have experienced. I had to wait an incredibly long time just to pick up one single medicine. The inefficiency here is unacceptable, especially given it's inside a major hospital. Needs serious improvement.
