I had to move to an online provider as every single time my prescriptions were messed up. It doesn't matter what medication would I order, I would always have the same one ready and not the one I ordered. Multiple text messages per week to say that the prescription had arrived only to get there and be told they can't deliver it and to go somewhere else. Disappointing. This wasn't a one off neither, it has happened at least 4-5 times in the past year.
Lovely staff especially the pharmacist and the driver is nice too .. he can have a laugh with you
Always 100% Great service. Can talk to the ladies about anything. Kind, caring & up for a laugh. The driver you can have a laugh with too. Always clean & tidy. When busy they still have the time to talk & say hello.
Brilliant service and so caring
The best bit about this place is the staff, always patient and helpful, answered telephone queries, sorted prescriptions and given some great advice when needed. The building and interior is a little tired looking, Cohens need to look at spending some cash on a refurb. The staff deserve it.
