I've have always had wonderful staff every time , whether them calling me, answering my questions but today, Halima went above and beyond to help with my prescription today. Passionate, eager and very patient and most importantly kind and helpful. I was worried whether my prescription would arrive on time so today she helped and guided me through the process, really helpful and also explained things in detail which helped me afford my prescription . Good service,a great edition to the area only downside is very limited space to park when you arrive due to grand mosque prayer days, service is good and staff are attentive and friendly

so many errors and delays. twice got someone else's meds! so many times i went down and they said prescription not sent by gp when it had been 2 days before. got phoned about meds not prescribed! sent far more meds than prescribed (charged GP for this?) kept getting dob wrong and saying i didn't exist. aggressively harassed me when i changed pharmacy. these people are dangerously incompetent.

just bought some waterproof island dressings asking if they were resistant, the answer was that they were resistant as they were waterproof, only applying some drops of water it came off, buy better products and next time if you dont know if the product you are selling is of good quality or resistant just say it.
