Afterwards moving Leeds selected this pharmacy by watching good reviews on Google map.Finally visited their today for collecting medication. It's 100% matched with google reviews they are too cooperative and responsible as well feel relieved.one of my medication not available so gentleman guided us he will call me next day when it'll arrived and I asked him if my husband will come instead of me is it allowed? Then he gave me one token so that easily my husband will collect it next time.

If I could leave zero stars I most certainly would. I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received from the lady pharmacist on duty during an evening visit just over a week ago. I brought my daughter in, who was showing clear symptoms of tonsillitis. Unfortunately, the pharmacist dismissed her condition as merely a sore throat and offered no meaningful advice or appropriate treatment, assuring us it would resolve on its own within a few days. Concerned by the lack of support, I sought a second opinion the following day at a different pharmacy. There, my daughter was immediately diagnosed and appropriately treated for tonsillitis. It is deeply concerning that a child’s health concern was so easily overlooked at your pharmacy. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and have advised family and friends to consider alternative pharmacies. I have visited your location in the past and never encountered this particular pharmacist before, which leads me to believe she may be new to the role. Regardless, such a dismissive attitude, especially when it concerns the health of a child it is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. I strongly urge a review of this pharmacist’s conduct and level of clinical judgement. Patients and their families should feel confident they are receiving informed, compassionate care, particularly when it involves the wellbeing of children

absolutely amazing pharmacy! i live four hours away, ive been twice when visiting family and staying in leeds and theyre outstanding! the pharmacist gave me antibiotics and even a water bottle on the house because my mouth was dry😂, lovely guy!

This pharmacy is a great place to go to as the owner and the staff are very helpful. They will go the extra mile to help anyone.
