This is a spotlessly clean chemist, staff are, bright, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It is managed so well, manager and staff interaction flows well, resulting in an extremely, highly efficient run, modern day chemist. Other chemists could take some tips from here. Thankyou. 😀

I came in to pick up my prescription this afternoon and I forgot my phone in the taxi, the staff were very helpful to let me use their phone to get in touch with the taxi company’ to retrieve my phone, luckily the taxi guy didn’t go that far. I was really panicking and they’ve helped me calm down and I just love the way they would go above and beyond for their customers and I’m forever grateful to them. Came for my flu and Covid jab. Had blood pressure taken and alerted me to have my medication change. Chemist assistant explained why I could not have Covid jab and explained it very well. A very good service as always.

If your GP isnt being helpful and not hearing you out about the pill side effects they recommended you to take. Then please know this pharmacy is extremely helpful. I have been suffering with side effects form combined pills, such as high blood pressure, chest pains, hard of breathing and ended up in AE 4 times in the past 3 months. The LGI and my GP carlton carr, drs kept telling me these symtoms and high blood pressure was normal for my age, it could be anxiety beccause i didnt have a heart attack or blood clot. They didnt give advise on what else could be. I suggested it is could be my pills cos it said side effects are chest pains and blood clot. But none of them wanted to change my pills because of my endometriosis condition. They think it is the best pills for me issue. I went to the pharmacy they took my blood pressure reading because it is mandatory before giving those combined pills. They noticed right away that someone who is 30 years old should not be having blood pressure reading 155/89+ They helped right away. They told me it could be my pill because it causes these issues i listed. They helped me change my pills, the took blood pressure readings to my GP and advised me situation. My gp switched up all of sudden and decided to help because I finally had someone on my side helping me. So please if you have any issue that could be relating to pills.. go to the pharmacy. They are 100% more trained on side effects that could be relating to this issue I know my grammar is terrible but I hope this reaches out to the little london community who might be going through the same struggle.
