Roundhay Pharmacy

Hello people you wouldnt believe what happend today. My dad went went to the pharmacy because the doctors prescribed him medicine and the guy said that its will probally take 3-4 hours so we went to the gp and they said that it wouldnt take that long so we went back and the guy was just being very rude so we tokd the gp to prescribe the medicjne to another pharmacy. THE CUSTERMOR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

Today rhe gp prescribed me some medicine then I go to get it but one guy said it didn't come on the system and couldn't find it and tells me it would take 3 to 4 hours to get sent on the computer but I went to the doctor and they said that it was a lie and it goes straight away then I just tell my gp yo prescribe the medicine to another pharmacy. There customer service is very bad as he was talking to me very rude.

I called the pharmacy multiple times during their business hours, but no one answered. This made it difficult for me to get the information I needed about my prescription.

I went to the pharmacy for my yearly flu jag, despite it being first day of the vaccination process and NHS website being swamped, the pharmacy staff sorted it and I received my vaccination without having to return

Using this service for 18 years. Staff was always friendly, smiling and helpful. Been there today, a new face on board. Very rude. Picking her teeth while serving. Hope that because of her The pharmacy's rating won't go down. She need a customer service course and drop the attitude girl.
