I had been struggling for over a week to get hold of a specific brand of prescribed medication because I’m allergic to a few others. I called several pharmacies hoping someone could help, but they all told me it wasn’t possible to order it. It was a really frustrating and worrying time, being without the medication I needed for such a long time. Then I came across this pharmacy, and honestly, the pharmacist was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely concerned about my situation. He listened carefully, reassured me that he would try to help, and promised to do what he could by next Monday. True to his word, he not only managed to order the exact medication I needed, but also arranged for it to be delivered through the free NHS delivery service. This level of care, dedication, and professionalism is rare to find. The pharmacist went above and beyond to ensure I received the right medication and supported me during a very difficult time. I highly recommend this pharmacy for their outstanding service, compassionate staff, and willingness to go the extra mile for their patients.

I called Daniel today. Mum was discharged from hospital with a weeks supply of medication. The repeat script should have been sent electronically to this Pharmacy and the GP confirmed it had. Unfortunately Daniel had not received any communication and gave me advice as to call 111 for emergency medication until they could deliver mum's medication as usual. He was very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate and we agreed that monthly deliveries in future would be best as there is usually a family member with mum to ensure she takes the right dose at the right time. Sometimes if we are not there she is able to take her own medication from the medication dosage system boxes the pharmacy supplies. One of us will phone and prompt and check later to see that she has taken the medication from the appropriate day, time etc. Mum finds this easy to do as before she struggled with individual packets of tablets and often missed taking all her medication. This pharmacy delivers their boxes weekly for no charge with courteous professional staff. My mum is not very mobile and elderly so the assurance she is able to always have a regular supply of medication is paramount. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone else to use this pharmacy that provides kindness, competency, understanding, compassion and a human touch. Absolutely outstanding service... Daniel delivered mums medication in no time at all and she is on palliative care so nothing was to much trouble for him as he picks up the prescription and delivered the same day and the second lot of medicine was the next day!! So friendly and helpful, would highly recommend Prime Health Pharmacy and we will be using them again. Thank you for you service Daniel.

Great pharmacy who were very accommodating, friendly, understanding and flexible with my mum who had dementia. They often went the extra mile to ensure my mum had her medication delivered correctly including an alarmed pill dispenser and delivering it with the medication all inserted. Highly recommended.

This pharmacy not only promises fantastic customer service but delivers it in spades. On Thursday I reordered my prescription by phone at my GP's surgery. This afternoon it was delivered to my home. This was faster than when I collected it from a pharmacy in the next village myself. I would highly reccomend this pharmacy above all others. They are amazing people who care about their customers.
