Well Pharmacy

I visited the walk in centre & was told to collect a script from the pharmacy next door, as soon as I entered I was served immediately and within 5 minutes my prescription was ready. The staff seemed very welcoming and friendly. I was served by ‘Ibby’ who offered his advice on how I can tackle my flu symptoms and to help sort my prescription that had gone elsewhere. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

Omg, just had the rudest person serve me ever! Do not use this store if this woman serves you. Simply buying some paracetamol for my little one and not only was i greeting with " yeh can i help" rudely but when i was paying the card machine was beeping and she said " you need to look at it' so abuptly, i didn't see a charity button, so i said oh, sorry , she said " well you need to look tgen don't you! I was gobsmacked, such disdain and nastiness the customer behind me just looked disgusted 😒 as I was.i said I wouldn't use this chemist again, last time, i was shouted at for trying to access the disabled door, screamed at by a woman to walk around. I was visiting a friend at the hospital and so popped in to grab some bits, nit expecting to be met by same person as the last incident, just my luck 😅

Amazing Team at Lincoln Green , since management Changed stuff looks more organised Shop is always clean and organised, Staff is respectful and professional i understand due to being in a very rough area stuff can be challenging and taunting but they are doing they 100% never failed to Impress well done to your team , The pharmacist is very polite and answers all your questions and makes you feel welcome again and again and the Young ladies at the back are always happy and welcoming

Some staff seem nice. Some not so much, but never had an issue. I have tried calling 20x today (19 June) to ask if my medication is ready as I am immobile and not 1 person picked up, but certain times it would only show as "luline busy" and then not work again. I called my GP and checked and they said it's been an issue all day and it seems to be under new management. If that is the case, either management cannot handle the responsibility or things need to be organised to help the staff and the customers as it is a busy Pharmacy. Peoples medication is not a joke, some survive on them to get them through the day.

This chemist used to be a really good place for help,but nowadays it's got different people in it every day, most of the time they are really rude obnoxious people who treat me like shit, just because I have to collect a certain medication, if you can use a different chemist then I would seriously advise you to do so
