Fantastic service! We had a toilet that was running continually if you didn't jiggle the flush button, and then started taking ages to refill. Sent the plumber a text and he managed to come out to look at it really quickly, knew exactly which parts needed replacing, and was able to give me a quote on the spot. He went out and bought the parts and fitted them very quickly later the same week. Great communication, brilliant repair, and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

This chap is excellent; I’ve approached him for various jobs over the years and he’s absolutely consistent and communicative. He gets back to you quickly, remembers you and finds a way to get there. The work he does is to a high standard and efficient, and his after care is really good as well. I think the biggest thing is that he’s honest and authentic - knows what to fix, what to replace and the parts he brings are good quality.

My pump was special, I think not everyone knows how to work with this pump, and unfortunately it broke down today. And the parts for this machine are not available anywhere. This gentleman came and fixed pump.Rav got the parts with difficulty. How good and fast your service was. I am really happy that we found you. How honest and truthful you were. I will recommend you to everyone and all my friends .

Used Nix again as I trust him completely.Always.answers & gets here within 45 mins. We had a leak through the ceiling & he sorted it no bother. Nerves restored as normal now & he's a pleasure to deal with & very reasonably priced.

I contacted Rav to remove a radiator. We arranged a day and time and he came as agreed. Rav is really personable. He carried out work to a high standard and offered good advice. We would definitely bring him back in for other work.
