I've only used this Post Office once before as its not quite on my doorstep But passing by today decided to send a couple of Amazon returns back .Although was unsuccessful with one due to Member of counter staff being unable to locate and confirm return business premises were actually as stated . The female member of staff is an absolute gem .nothing too much trouble very very helpful a credit to the place 🏆🥇.Thankyou for your help. The BEST POST OFFICE IN LEEDS!

Had my parcel accepted on the 2nd December is now the 11th past due delivery date which was originally the 5-6th and then was the 10th which was yesterday. Is now telling me it’s lost and there’s been no updates on tracking what so ever since it has been accepted.
