Montreal Avenue Post Office

Issue with pending status on a parcel, but stated delivered. Checked on the date received and were very unhelpful and dismissive. Returned the day after with same status and explained the was the second time does returned and asked them to check. Woman at the counter was rude and belligerent. Offered no sentiment of customer service or politeness. Something that can avoided by choosing a different drop location in the future by choosing a place with staff that have manners.

Phoned yesterday to ask if my parcel was there to collect. Initially the man on the phone said "no" without even asking my name! The tracking information I have online says it's there waiting for collection, so this afternoon I made a trip in person. The lady behind the counter had a very rude attitude from the start and told me it wasn't there after she checked the computer. I asked her to have a look though the parcels just in case, which she did. I asked her what I should do as Evri says it's there and she shrugged at me! Super unhelpful.

terrible post office.!!! went in to renew disabled road tax on vehicle, with usual paperwork. was told this was not viable, i then told them i had used the same paperwork the year before at seacroft with out a problem. the male person behind the counter, then got involved, in a nasty tone ,and told me she was correct! i walked out to disfuse the situation. no customer service what so ever. i would not give it 1star if that was possible. they should not be in charge of the post office.

Super kind, helpful team - my favourite post office! They’ve always gone out of their way to help Sad to see so many negative reviews, I guess people are frustrated with the postal system and charges

Dropped in just before closing time, with quite a few parcels to post, gentleman behind the window was extremely helpful and friendly, staying a little later to help make sure all my parcels were sent off in good time
