Well where do i start. Meshie was amazing full of life. Very helpful very good at her job. U can tell she loves her roll in the shop. Thank you for following my request. Full of laughters made me felt welcomed would definitely recommend if u need anything sending she the woman who got ya. To say im from skipton not judging what im sending so thank you ones again 😉👌

I went here after experiencing horrible customer service at the TG Jones branch. The staff there were arguing with most customers leading to people taking their parcels here. Whilst this branch was busy, they were efficient. My parcel was sent quickly and the person at the counter was extremely helpful which is exactly what was needed!

I had a wonderful experience at the post office on New York Street. I was sending a parcel internationally, and I was served by a very friendly and helpful man named Andy. He made sure everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, and I was really impressed with his professionalism. If you’ve ever been to that post office on New York Street, you know how busy it can be, but Andy didn’t rush me at all. He was very patient and attentive to my questions, and I left feeling very satisfied with the customer service.

Came in to return an item earlier today and was attended by Jackie, she was beautifully courteous and patient with explaining the process and what I should do next time while also assisting with the order. I left feeling great at her superb customer service skills. She made me have sweet.experience at the Post office.👍.
