Lee and Carl were real professional grafters. They had the full extra long day to do our fascia, soffits and gutters. Lee kept in touch with us by text so we knew exactly when he would be here. I can’t say enough good things about FSG. Lee and Carl are both friendly, honest and approachable. I have had 2 chimneys removed, a light tunnel installed and a velux window fitted in the last 15 years and have suffered leakages and found that prior work had been shoddily done and my roof was becoming a money trap. Then I found FSG. Lee came round to see me within an hour and made a meticulous assessment of my roof and provided pictures of all the problems. We agreed on a price, which was worth every penny. Lee and Carl turned up on time, completed the job on time and respected my property like it was theirs. My roof looks fantastic and has changed the whole look of my house. But Lee didn’t stop there. I have a condensation problem and Lee put me in touch with a company that would be able to help, he even called me back to make sure I was able to do so. FSG SOLUTIONS Recently replaced our fascias, soffits, gutters and downpipes. Also redoing the roof ridge tiles. I honestly couldn't be any happier with the finished result. I could tell that Lee from FSG took great pride in his work from first meeting him and he proved that with the work he has carried out, he even replaced several of our broken roof tiles for free. Great set of lads who turned up when they said they would. They were neat and tidy, even to the point of hosing down our drive and putting everything they moved back in its place. Had our soffits and fascias done and the guys were brilliant. They arrived early, grafted all day, and managed to get our 3-bed detached house done in just over a day. Super quick, no messing about, really polite, and I was honestly surprised at how clean and tidy they left everything. The finish looks fantastic too – really neat and professional. Great job all round – would happily recommend to anyone!
