Poor experience. The replied promptly to my email to book a telephone appointment. The day before, they called to say the solicitor wasnt available and it had to be at the new time they proposed. I said I wasnt available, and they said it had to be that time. When I asked them to cancel it, the suddenly "found" another appointment time. The day before, they called again to say it had to be moved, and gave me a time that I couldnt do. Again, they said the solicitor was very busy and that it had to be the new time. They didnt offer me any other times, so I had to cancel.
