Every job I’ve given them has been completed quickly, professionally, and with results that actually exceeded my expectations. I’ve brought them multiple items now — jeans, jackets, even shoes — and every single piece has come back looking perfect. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and consistency are honestly unmatched. It’s rare to find a place this reliable. I never normally post but my wedding dress broke on the week of my wedding and I came across this place. They opened early to help me out, were so kind and lovely and I was really happy with the fix, they made it look even better! They are really well priced too. Thank you so much for your help.

Good honest people, promised me a price and work took longer than expected and still asked for same price. Or course gave them a bit more but point remains the same. Also the work is completely invisible! Had the elastic at the bottom of my jacket tightened and is exactly what I asked for.

Great independent & skilled business. Turned up my Jeans, altered sleeve length on a quilted coat and repaired a Barbour Jacket. Speedy service - Was ready for collection in under a week despite a Bank Holiday. Gave their advice and also managed to save small details like the trimmings on the sleeves.
