We have been booking our holidays with Excelle Travel for many years, simply because the level of personal service, travel advice and professionalism is second to none. On the day I was due to fly out on a recent trip, there was very heavy snowfall. Alison kept in touch with me throughout the day (even though it was out of office hours) and when my flight was finally cancelled she was straight on it making me a booking with an alternative airline. Never anything but outstanding, five star service!

What a fabulous service... It's been something like 20 years since I booked a holiday through a travel agency. I wanted to go to Santorini but was overwhelmed with the choices available. I found Excelle on google and after two calls with Alison I had three fabulous options all meeting my requirements and with personal recommendations of where to stay along with knowledge around local prices and amenities. I'd highly recommend Alison and Excelle Travel and I will be using them as my first port of call for any future holiday bookings. They are always a pleasure to work with to and respond to questions promptly. I love their honesty...the pricing is always good, but on occasions where I have found better offers they have enthusiastically suggested I take them without any attempt to hard-sell their alternative. On my last holiday,the final price was less than I agreed and they passed the saving on to me (I would have been none the wiser if they had kept the difference). Last year along with my husband they planned a wonderful surprise trip for me and managed to keep it secret , even though I was discussing another holiday with them at the same time! And during our last summer holiday, unbeknown to us, Alison had forewarned all the hotels it was a wedding anniversary trip and there were little extras, chocolates,or cake or bubbly at each stop. Absolutely superb travel agent. So friendly and really do go above and beyond for their customers. We organised our honeymoon through them and the process was effortless and also very reasonable value. We will definitely be using them again.
