I needed some low demand foreign currency changing urgently. Whilst Hays didn't have it in stock, Connor went way above and beyond to help me out. I'm Impressed!
Travel money. Ordered Euro online, they rang after 5 mins, picked up in store, sorted in 10 mins total. Great rate provided too. You have to love that.
