Chloe was really helpful throughout the whole process of booking our trip to Disney. Made everything smooth from the start, explained everything to us and even assisted with airport parking and transfers. Nothing is too much trouble for her even when I message with queries! Would 100% book with her again at hays !
Thank you so much to Hays travel Leeds white rose for caring. Me and my daughter booked through then to go to Disneyland Paris in between Christmas and New year. We were caught up on all the travel pollava with trying to get home( which we did eventually by the way). Hays travel emailed us as soon as they found out about the Eurostar troubles. Alyssia tried to ring to see if we needed any help or guided with the process of getting home, left me a voice mail but unfortunately my phone signal crashed and I didn't get anything till we got back into London quite late. I rang them the very next day and spoke to Michael to let them know we had got back safely. He was happy to know that we were. Asked if we both okay. We had a fab break in Disney which we had. Then another lady rang soon after( sorry I forgot your name but you know who you are) to see if we had had anything extra to pay to try and get home and she would have helped us with that and to say they were relatives were had got home. Hays travel really cared and that was so much appreciated after a stressful experience. I would hesitate to book again. Thank you again for caring. That really did mean a lot and was an extra nice touch. Thanks again to all concerned. Fabulous people.
Booked our holiday with Ella who was great in helping us decide on somewhere to go as we hadn't been on a package holiday for 12 years. She picked the perfect place which suited exactly what we needed. Had a great holiday and will use Hays again.
I’ll never use Hays again! Just be aware, anyone booking a cruise that the stateroom is what you want! No where in our paperwork did it say restricted view. We only found out a week before via an email from the cruise company. We immediately asked at Hays and we’re fobbed off. Being old, and not tech savvy we shut up! We were also told if we wanted insurance we’d have to telephone them. That is NOT true. They can do it for you in the travel agency. We even asked in Leeds city if they could help us. We were told NO go back to the white Rose. Unfriendly unhelpful. Never again. It’s 0 from me 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Poor customer service and communication. Tried to book a holiday based on a quote they had sent before the weekend. Instead they sent a new quote that was £600 more than the original for the same holiday and no explanation. And despite being told when we were in store that we could book over the phone we were told we would have to go in and book in person so they could go through with the holiday provider with us there. Why use Hays then? May as well book direct with the holiday company 🤔 probably get better customer service and communication.
