North America Travel Service

We have booked 12 road trip holidays (so far) through North America Travel Service and they have all been fantastic. Joanna and Steve have really looked after us, giving excellent advice, making adjustments to suit our requirements and preferences, thereby making these trips personal to ourselves. We booked a trip to Texas and had ideas of where we might like to visit. Thanks to John we were able to tailor the tour specifically to our requirements and with some extra suggestions he made. If it hadn’t been for John we would not have visited the Dude ranch which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The accomodation he chose for us was great and in good locations. We had one minor glitch during our holiday but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently and therefore did not detract from the overall experience, I would definitely book with NATS again.

Having previously worked in the travel industry for many years, I have to say how impressed I was with the service I received from Joanna H. My itinerary (Nova Scotia and Montreal) wasn't all that complicated, but Joanna listened to my requirements, went through all the options, and did everything she could to come up with the best package: she was very understanding, and took a lot of the stress out of what was a stressful time. She was a great example of why human travel agents / consultants can still beat computers hands down. From my experience, I would heartily recommend NATS.

We had a wonderful holiday exploring America's north west. The itinerary planned by NATS covered an amazing amount of spectacular scenery, the hotels were all well-chosen and the travel arrangements went very smoothly. All in all a holiday to remember, all helped by NATS impeccable organisation.
