Professional, friendly and reliable service from Oakwood Travel. My recent trip to New Zealand had to be rearranged twice because of travel restrictions - the team were helpful throughout and, with their long experience, were able to make sure that the eventual journey was tailored to suit me. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Man on the phone was rude and told me that they are not a free travel advice service when we were thinking of booking through them. I only asked advice due to the Covid travel restrictions and then got told that 'I am a travel agent and not a nurse'. Absolutely shocking customer service, would not recommend booking through these guys.

Rang intending to book flights and explained I would tequire Covid restriction information re preparing for the journey. I was immediately told that I would be supported/given the information ONLY if I was booking with them! Never assume! I was going to! Felt offended and unsupported and quickly ended my call. We should be supporting each other during this pandemic, surely? Booked elsewhere locally and got full support immediately. Very off-putting and unprofessional. Customer lost. I for one shall certainly not be calling them again.

This place is absolutely shocking. Customer service was appalling. I asked a question about travel restrictions due to covid and the man said “we’re not a free travel service”. He then went in to say “I’m a travel agent not a nurse, I know a place that can get you your antigen tests for 150 all in and if you’re going to say to me you can get it cheaper you go do that”. I never even questioned this. The man just spiralled out of control, I hope he’s ok. I don’t know who upset him… but he needs to sort it out. Dreadful.
