Review: 06/05/2025 I paid a £300 deposit for a trip to Fiji for Christmas 2024. I then found a cheaper option so I tried to take my £300 back which they said I should keep it in their account for my next trip, as I couldn't take it out. I have been trying since Feb 2025 to get that £300 back but they have been delaying. Don't understand why they should be keeping £300 for this long.
