So first time calling this company love my experience very helpful very welcome no pressure on me. I spoken to Alice Sanderson. You can tell she enjoys her job. Took her time found what i needed couldn't be any happier thank you will definitely book in the future. Id definitely recommend this place

Andy Walker at the Leeds branch was extremely helpful. Listened to what we wanted and met the brief perfectly. He kept us informed about all aspect of our trip to Thailand and we would definitely call on Andy & Trailfinders for our next trip. Many thanks

If you want an organised (and escorted) holiday, Trailfinders is THE place to go. Helpful staff who will make every endeavour to find a holiday to suit you as well as your budget but more importantly, provide a great experience!

Horrendous experience. Customer service is appalling, ruined our honeymoon planning experience. Customer service for disabled travellers is substandard, rude and fails to meet minimum requirements. Appalling communication, staff are unprofessional, don’t follow up on agreed actions and a completely extortionate waste of money. Spend your money elsewhere!

I consulted with Trailfinders to book my dream trip to Japan this year. The whole trip was expertly crafted to my wishes, focusing on the places I wanted to visit and was mostly self guided with a few tours booked in. I felt like I got the most out of my trip, everything went seamlessly, all my tickets were included, no issues whatsoever and all the hotels they booked for me were brilliant. I would highly, highly recommend and I'm already scoping my next trip with them.
