I was in the leeds bus station travel centre this morning and a very elderly lady in front of me was struggling with her request Lee who was dealing with it was so empathetic helpful and kind giving her the very very best example of customer service- he restored my faith in public services . We need more Lees in Leeds and everywhere else 👍
I had to apply for my senior bus pass yesterday, as I was experiencing difficulty loading photo online. I was served by a young lady called Shona, she was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately she was unable to do it either, but promised to keep trying during the day. I later received an email saying she had succeeded. I cannot praise this young lady high enough a credit to her parents and employers.
I would just like to thank the good gentleman who helped me get back to Shipley safely after my phone ran out of charge.Nice to know good nature still exists.
The information I got from this centre is not accurate so double check, I experienced wrong information from this centre which must be the one know better Waste time and not accurate
