Amazing service from start to finish. From arranging my travel money and recommending a travel card which was so easy and stress-free thanks to Michelle. She really listened to what I wanted for my perfect holiday, made preparing for it stress free! Super helpful, quick to respond, really knowledgeable and friendly. I felt looked after. The help offered saved me £200 with various discounts applied to my city break. She also offered options with regard to travel money and insurance which was also very reassuring. I spoke with Kasia, the Store Manager today when booking a family holiday. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the holiday locations we had in mind and this attention to detail will really improve our experience. She was able to share her professional opinion about the locations we were considering which helped us to come to our final holiday decision.
