⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review Stephen at the TUI store in Leeds White Rose is absolutely outstanding. His professionalism shines through every time, and he’s always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He’s especially excellent at selling holidays to our favourite hotel chain, Riu — he really knows his stuff and makes the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We came into the store this morning planning to book just one holiday and ended up booking three 😁 — which says everything about the level of service Stephen provides. No pressure, just great advice, honest recommendations, and genuine enthusiasm. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stephen to anyone looking to book a holiday. I found a holiday on line, but wanted to speak to someone in person. Ellie at the White rose was really friendly, spoke positively about the hotel (she has stayed there before) recommended rooms, but not pushy at all. Got a great price on 5 star all inclusive in Turkey. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely book through tui again.

Wow, Sally in Whiterose store was just amazing. I went in for a quote to take my husband away for his 50th i didn't think I would get a good deal as I had been looking on line but I was intrigued. Sally asked me questions to understand my needs and smashed it out the park. I not only booked it, I booked extra trips cheaper then I had found. Sally just new what to look for. She also went above and beyond and ordered a brochure for me to give to my husband wishing him a happy 50th for when I surprised him with the trip. Thanks for all your help.

Spoke with Stephen in store and booked with him.Very helpful as I will be travelling with 5 children, 3 with special needs. Stephen arranged all my travel with special assistance and seats. I would definitely recommend going in to see him in store rather than book yourself.
