Top-notch service from the staff who are super friendly and knowledgeable. Bought a Trek marlin from the store and the staff are always keen to help/ provide advice, or just down for a friendly chat. I was looking for a fork upgrade and was struggling to decide which one to get and Brad gave some solid advice. Ended up bringing it to the store to have it fitted and that was really professionally done.

They did an amazing job to remove my pedals and change it with cleats plus they didn't let me pay even I insist.. thank you! The staff is so friendly.. recommended!

I popped into Evans on my lunch break and was really impressed. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and got me sorted quickly. The service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced — exactly what you need when you’re short on time. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future bike needs!

Picked my gravel bike up today. First time using Evans in Leeds. Guys at the shop including Rob the manger couldn’t have been more helpful in the ordering process and when picking it up. Fitted it and went through all the tech side. Really know there stuff. Will defo be using them for servicing my other bikes.

The team are legends, pure and simple! And generous ones at that. I needed some work done on an e-Brompton which they did with aplomb and a smile. I can’t thank them enough to get me back up and riding.
