Had an issue with my bike at a bike park. They hard the spare parts I needed and fitted them for me and got me back on the trails within the hour. Thank you for the great service

The mechanics here, including the brilliantly expert Amelia, are absolutely fantastic and performed a seriously good job on my bike, completely solving a mechanical problem in minutes for a very fair price. They seem to be far better than most other mechanics at other bike shops, as they do not fob you off and are able to deal expertly with issues on older retro bikes. This professionalism and expertise is something that most other bike shops do not seem to exhibit, probably not being accustomed to dealing with older bikes, which is probably one of the reasons why they also do not seem to have the time to attend to one's needs anyway. I really recommend the Bikes College CIC as a first point of contact for most, if not all, of your biking needs, as they seem to be bucking the trend that most other bike shops have of turning down jobs, and I feel sure that they will not be disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I went in to have my son’s bike fixed and was told it would cost £50, even though I had already assembled most of it myself. I agreed to the price because I just wanted the job done. When I said I would pay after the repair was completed, the owner came out and told me to take my bike elsewhere. I politely asked why, and he said he just didn’t want to do it. I found this response rude, unprofessional, and quite hostile. I was polite and respectful throughout, so being dismissed for no reason felt unfair and unnecessary. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with how I was treated. I wouldn’t recommend here for no one !

Simple phone call. Arranged for 2 ladies mountain bikes and a bmx bike to be collected. 2 lovely men turned up on time on day of request (in fact they was early and waited for me). They were so grateful of the donations. I'm very grateful that they collected them all. Hopefully they'll give someone as much fun as we've had on them

Incredible service from these guys - we met them at an event- they were super friendly and encouraging, they worked with knowledge and speed - they fixed the bike quickly and at a great price. Not only that they clearly listened to my son and took ideas from him totally thinking outside the box. They understood how to engage and encourage a young enthusiastic mechanic (which is actually a real skill and quite hard to find in my experience) Thank you so much. I would 100% recommend these guys 😊
