It's been almost 2 years yeah way too late but it's still haunting me. Every time it recalls I still can't forgive the Carhartt jacket I bought there which cost me £110 was totally fake. So I have to say something about it. I know £110 might be a bit too nice for a vintage Carhartt active jacket sometimes, I trusted this shop though as I saw many people have recommended it. But recently I've learned how to identify vintage Carhartt counterfeits and it turns out the one I bought here was absolutely fake. Incredibly lightweight and not got a proper shape at all. All the original tags and washing labels have just 'weirdly' gone missing - actually been cut (could be done by the shop), not suprised. The logo patch basically lost all the details, wrong shape, size and stitching. I don't know if they were aware of that or just selling them on purpose, but paying £110 and getting a fake clothing is definately horrible. And I don't know if they're still selling those fake stuff. So keep your eyes open if you still wanna shop there, just a kind reminder.

Ordered some joggers online for £70, size was wrong. I have followed the instructions on how to request a refund, got an automated response to say they would be in touch and then never heard further. Have emailed them, sent them messages on Instagram and tried calling them numerous times. They never answer the phone and never respond to messages/emails so impossible to return items or get our money back )or even exchange them!). Lots of other reviews saying the same which I now wish I had seen before ordering. AVOID!!!

Bought from this brand online, have called in 3x no response, emailed over 4x fail to respond , returning an item took ages with customer service being painful and offering no support. Have still yet to receive any kind of update or anything on a preorder I made 4 weeks ago. Haven’t sent anything despite my efforts to contact them… would really not recommend as it has been the hassle has overshadowed any positivity gained from what I’m yet to receive. TERRIBLE.

Unreal selection of football shirts, staff are so nice and friendly which makes such a difference in these kind of stores! Will definitely return next time i am back in Leeds

My business worked with Best for 2 years, they were great until they ‘lost’ a significant value of my stock and had no intentions of sorting it with me. We had a contract but they failed to let me know they were liquidating their company which they knew full well would mean there was nothing I could do. Would avoid shopping with them at all costs, as the stock you are buying will be from the unfortunate loss of a small business.
