Went in to go buy a jacket but I didn’t have much knowledge on which would be best for my needs. One of the workers (TOM) was very helpful explaining what different jackets do and how to look after the jackets so I could get the most use out of them by caring for them correctly. Very patient and very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy any outdoors equipment 👍🏻.

I went in this lunchtime with my daughter to buy a pair of walking boots. The two women serving us downstairs were fantastic. They were really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Easily two of the best sales people I've encountered would definitely go back again.
