While trying on a pair of sandals near the mirror, I was approached by a till assistant who spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. She insisted I return the sandals to the box, despite the fact that I had simply placed the box aside while checking the fit. Her tone was unnecessarily rude ,harsh, and she made comments that felt accusatory and unprofessional. I don't care if you're only staff it the shop, take the nonsense and frustration to your shop manager .
This place misleads people saying closing down or closing down sale or everything must go etc yet still open years later. The railings or pricing says 2.99 for example but that's the catch at the front of the railings then the rest of the items arec much more money.
Nothing particularly special, no real " Wow factor" to be seen here. Prices are consistent and organised rails.
I brought my son and daughter some hoodies from this shop but in Rochdale and I and them were very happy with what they got, I will be back again. I didn't realise they had one in leeds too so I will be going in there too :) cheap clothing and great quality, thankyou 😀
