Wanted to thank Alisha for all her help over the last couple of years helping me select Birthday and Christmas gifts for my daughter who is an Urban fan. I went in to urban in Leeds on Thursday to pick up some bits for my daughter for Christmas. I was a bit unsure of what I was looking for but Dolce helped me find some lovely tops and a pair of jeans that I think she will love! Great customer service.

I visited the store today and the staff were so helpful, I was looking for a shirt that was out of stock online and the manager was so lovely and went out of her way to check the system for me. I came in with my labrador and everyone was so sweet to him, really welcoming and he loved meeting them! Thanks so much 💕
