If i could give this place a 0 star i would. The level of customer service I have received from this one individual Asian with grey hair his name is probably (ash) behind the till stocky block. You have a duty of care to the public by law to allow your customers and drivers to use public facilities and they should be up to a good standard of use. But not allowing service users of this petrol station to use the toilet at all is appalling I will never be using this Shell petrol station ever again and I am tempted to move onto BP for life. You will be receiving a letter from my solicitor for the inconvenience you have caused me ✌️ out.
Fuel fine, Don't use the Costa machine for a coffee tho, I think they water down the milk. Had a few strange tasting coffees from here.
I have always been a loyal shell user most shells let you use the WC because this particular member of staff is an ex BP worker it's the reason why the toilet has not been allowed! And it's giving shell bad publicity this individual grey hair with a grey beard stocky build of a Asian decent.needs to be dismissed with immediate affect, most people here have been a victim due to this particular individual.
Terrible service. Faulty pump resulted in me spilling diesel on my clothes. The member of staff (Ash) told me that 'it was my fault for touching the pump'. He didn't offer anything to wipe the diesel off and even secretly charged me for it when i changed to another pump and filled my van! He didn't bother to check the pump or clean the spill. Diesel is the same price/1p cheaper at the nearby Jet and Morrison garages. I'm not visiting again.
I would like to give 0 but impossible, never in my life did not meet so arrogant offensive, not polite, rude staff. I’m not gonna buy petrol there anymore or collecting any parcel. Asian guy scared my son shouting at me in-front other customers, not giving me chance to polite discuss issue. I won’t recommend this place anyone, not because petrol isn’t good but because staff operate this place is below any level.
