George & Joseph Cheesemongers

Hi, I ordered a selection of cheese for Christmas however when I checked my order on Christmas Eve I noticed that I had chosen a collection instead of home delivery. While this was my mistake I wonder if the website could be improved to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience ( I do use the internet to make many purchases and have not made an error like this before). Additionally I did email the company to advise of the situation and did receive any response which I thought was not great customer services. The star rating is in relation to process and not the product as I have ordered cheese previously and this has been excellent, just wanted to give details of my recent experience, kind regards Jayne Kemp

Christmas and New Year cheeseboards absolutely delicious from George and Joseph. Particularly enjoyed the Rollright. So delighted to have a cheesemonger of such quality so near. Christmas preorder system worked very well too

I live in Canada. Once or twice annually I go online to have George & Joseph deliver a beer and cheese package for my son in England. He loves to receive them and the service has always been great. Some day I hope to visit the shop in person.

Fabulous shop and fabulous people. I got the Cheese advent calendar for my parents and they have thoroughly enjoyed nibbling their way through December!

If Carlsberg did Cheese shops... By far the best artisan cheeses and chutneys we've had. Love getting our surprise cheese box every month and always add in our favourites in between. The staff, the shop and knowledge from Stephen is unrivalled, I didn't know anyone could be so passionate about cheese but this guy is without a doubt The King of Cheese!
