Come into this Leeds store every time i visit Leeds. The staff are so welcoming & very good at what they do. Carol is especially helpful, and not sure what the lady's name is on Joseph( from Italy) but she is really good and showed me all the new range that had arrived in stock. Ended up buying a dress which probably wouldn't have been the case if she hadn't served me. Keep up the good work Leeds store 🥰

An absolutely fantastic experience at the fourth-floor bar! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. A special mention goes to George and Emma, who was not only attentive and professional but also greatly enhanced our afternoon with his excellent recommendations. The cocktails were crafted to perfection, and the food was delicious. A truly memorable visit—highly recommend!

Exceptional customer service from Caroline on Skin Design London, Caroline was really passionate about the products which naturally gave me confidence to buy and she was super accommodating. Shadi on the Hourglass was really helpful on my search for the right makeup fit and did me a mini make over which I loved. They both couldn’t do enough and really created a pleasurable shopping experience. Much better than purchasing online. A reminder of how important human interaction is. The food here is really good and the set menu for £35 is well worth it. The staff are friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. If you get the chance to eat or drink outside on a sunny day, it's worth it
