Leeds Headrow Argos

Went in today to get quite a few massive boxes with no car to take them in and the staff were so amazing and helpful. The lady who served me (don’t remember her name :( ) was so lovely from her customer service to making sure I got a taxi to take my stuff in and asked another member of staff to help me when it arrived. Also another amazing member of staff who carried it all across the road for me. Was just all round good vibes and amazing team 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Pretty useless. Went in today to collect my water jug and even though with the FT number physical ID and collection code I wasn’t allowed to collect an essential item!!! What would have really been the difference if it were delivered to my address. Unhelpful and useless

Nice shop, the air conditioning worked a treat, friendly staff.

Customer service is absolutely ridiculous the manager Archie is deaf as I was being spoken to in such a rude tone by one of his colleagues when my mum stepped in she told her to shut up I asked him what is he going to do about that he told me he did not hear this while he was stood at the same spot I was in and heard it terrible!

This review isn’t to do with the store its self but a person who works there. I have tried to call customer service but unfortunately they isn’t anyone that I can talk to about the matter. If somebody could email and this so I don’t have to post it online that would be helpful thank you.
