I visited the store on 11th November 2025 to buy some Christmas candles. However, I was met with a rude blonde girl at the door who refused to greet me and simply stared at me as if I was going to steal something. I kindly requested that she change her attitude towards customers.
Had a 20% off everything weekend around Black Friday but did not apply the discount in store. Realised after I left, leaving me in the awkward position to go back, queue again and ask for it! Didn't bother, annoying.
Excellent, friendly and helpful service received at this store. Phil went above and beyond to help out. Very happy with product bought.
My wife bought a Christmas jumper with a lovely black Star on the chest with a polar neck. Once home she decided to return it for a refund as polar neck irritated her. So 3 days after purchase the item was returned and £98 was supposed to go back on bank card. Now 5 days later she has no pullover and no refund I see the payment went out immediately but as l have experienced with The White Company they do not like to return it.
Couldn't fault the service here. We had a return as we chose the wrong colour online. The staff assisted and made the swap to a different colour easy and were pleasant to deal with. It's always worth paying more for service like this. Well done guys.
