What an amazing hard working manager Dan is that works in retail at the home bargains store armley, so helpful and went above and beyond to help me and my family. The store is always clean and well maintained the staff are wonderful Thank you so much x
Very poor customer service. Bought something that was one price on the shelves and scanned at different bigger price on the tills. And this happened quite a few times before. This time my husband said something and instead of selling at the price they had out the manager was very rude, said nooo no no like it was the most ridiculous thing he's ever heard and try selling it to me at the higher price even though that was their mistake for having the wrong price, not even apologising on their mistake. I guess he's eggo is bigger than manners and the companies customer service.
Had a horrible experience with a colleague at the checkout, he was very rude and racists towards me and my family, cause of my skin colour he should be sacked and learn what diversity mean.

I had very bad experience for this retail park . My self I'm a taxi driver someone book a taxi from home bargains store so I went inside to pick my rider but rider didn't turn up so I had noshow after no-show I left car park straight away but after few days I received I letter with £100 fine .even I give proof to this company call parkingeye but they rejected my apple so plz be careful.
